This person is someone who can guide you in facilitating change in your life by giving you courage, direction, and accountability. With the help of a coach, you can find your own path, values, and answers to the questions that are standing in your way.
Coaching services help you find fulfillment and sucess in life by helping you to pinpoint the obstacles that are making you feel “stuck” and help you to move through them. It can also guide you through a life transition, such as focusing on a life in recovery or starting a new relationship.
Both Amanda Spriggs and Brent Sloan provide coaching services. Meditation and yoga can also be incorporated in coaching sessions if desired.
